What are adoptables?Adoptables are generally original characters that people create, which may be new or no longer in use, and are sold the usage rights of to another person. Rather than deleting them, the original creator would "sell" the design or creative rights of that character to the next owner, thus creating a form of "adoption".
How do I participate in an auction? What are some terms used in an auction?To participate in an auction, please place an offer under the respective 'bid here' comment.
Bid is basically a money/point offer
SB or Starting Bid is the minimum price of the adoptable which is mentioned in the adoptable's description.
AB or Auto-Buy is the buy-out set price that will allow the bidder to own the adoptable without having to wait for other bids.
MI (or MBI or Minimum Increment or Minimum Bid Increase) is the minimum amount of money/points that a bidder needs to add to the previous bid to beat it. Or depending on the auction, there might be a MBI which means your next offer should exceed the previous by at least the MBI
HB or Highest bid is the highest offer for an adopt the current time, it is bidder's responsibility to check for the most current HB
OB or Outbid is when your bid has been beaten by a higher bidder
General Rules
Do not claim my art as your original design. Breaking the rules and terms of services puts buyer on blacklist, and I will take back what was purchased without refunding.
If blacklisted, There is possible way to remove blacklist; however this is up to us if we wish to offer this redemption opportunity I retain all copyrights to our artwork and designs. I have the right to turn down/cancel a commission or choose not to upload a picture in my gallery or in my second account. You are always free to note me and ask for progress and/or WIPs, but do not pester me about your commission, as you have been warned beforehand. ( IF you do I'll cancel your commission and you won't get your refunds. ) If you need to change references, you must tell me. I may not watch you and I do not have the time to regularly check your gallery for updates. I may or may not be able to update your commission depending on what is changed. Also, this only applies if I am currently working on your commission. I am not a fast artist. Please keep in mind that I make a habit out of doing commissions out of order and I'll do whichever I have inspiration for/interest to do first. I do have school and a life outside of the internet. I may take a while because I have a lot of homeworks and sometimes I only have the motivation to do things for myself.. I am not a robot that can produce art whenever I'd like. Only the owner of the adopt is allowed to use it. The adopt is only for personal use (non-commercial purposes). You may redesign/ modify after adopt but it would be nice if you kept it recognizable. Resell isn't allowed. You may gift, or trade after adopt but you must note me who is the new owner. Payment is typically to be made upfront through Paypal in USD or Euros (and Points if stated)

Cancellation and Refunds
I reserve the right to cancel your commission or adoptable purchase for any reason at any timeIn the case of a cancellation:

Can I ask you to edit art purchased?Unless I made a mistake, I do not edit finished artwork without additional charges. This includes adoptables.
My Commission isn't finished; why do you open slots or sell more adoptables?Sometimes, I just have inspiration for little stuff, just like adopts. Please remind that I'm a real person, with work, studies and personnal life. If you commission me, I will certainly NOT botch your drawing, so sometimes it's better to wait than getting something ugly. ♥
Aren’t your prices too expensive?
If you can’t afford me, don’t buy my art? I mean, it's like asking a baker to lower the price of its bread just because you find them expensives. Art can be a lot of work, so as bread, so please, respect it.
Why are there people getting free stuff from you ?Maybe because they're friends of mine. So it's all my right to give them a little gift from time to time. So don't try to be my friend just for this reason, I will totally bust you trying to.
